It would be cool to have a special shoutbox or lounge you can't buy your way into; you could probably integrate it into the normal shoutbox. It seems like there are new accounts made just for trolling and it's very gay seeing new users talking about having sex with each other, also I think this would make it harder for bots to report on certain leaks and sales.

I would suggest "Upgraded Shoutbox" and "Global Shoutbox" as good options, with one being for everyone and the other for upgraded users only.

Doing a separate one for each award seems very resource consuming.

Ah, I see! That would indeed be a good option too, but I've seen many people with hacker award, which they got for purely leaking ransomware groups' data.
