I've had this for quite some time, so, why is it so hard to find now ? Original files are 5.47 GB zipped. Dated 4-19-2024.
There are 3 files in it, DOB1, MASTER, PRODUCTION ............. so, don't get screwed by some other shit they tell you it is. lol !!
I do not give out "personal data", so, don't ask me for it, find a copy. That is how I got it. lol !!
I collect personal data, but refuse to pass it around, to many thieves. I use my data to "LOCATE PEOPLE", not to rob anyone & unless I personally know you, I don't give it out. I help other people to LOCATE someone, for a legal business purpose. So, I don't get involved with those who are out to rob other people. Not my thing.
Sorry, but that keeps my ass out of jail. lol !! Just helping you to know what your looking for. Once you fix it & make it useful, you should end up with 73,481,541 lines, including a header. (by fix, I mean remove the shit).
Header will look like this: Name1,Address1,City1,State1,ZIP1,DOB,Email,Phone,Phone2,Type,SSN,Name2,Address2,Address2Line2,Address2Line3,Address2Line4,City2,State2,ZIP2

There is another file dated 9-12-2018, but quite a bit different. Has 4 files. Its only 166 MB zipped.
My FIXED version, is 2.75 GB zipped, which is what you should end up with after you fix it. lol !!
