I messaged his discord account and I offered to purchase his domain kys.lol for $40
once I sent the money he blocked me

there isn't a direct way to prove it but from searching around here is some solid proof they're the same person
he has the telegram account https://t.me/doghumper connected to his breached account
in the telegram account bio it says https://heroin.gg - https://i.imgur.com/GbI5Y6Q.png
and that domain leads to the kys.lol website
if you go to kys.lol/x (which is the owner of the site) it has a discord invite on it called discord.gg/sprint which is the server where they manage the kys.lol website
and the owner of that server is the person I was messaging  https://i.imgur.com/kJkyZm8.png https://i.imgur.com/G1ExF4M.png

@Orpheus replied on Discord and confirmed that this is his actual Discord account. (Countless other users who also know his Discord confirmed that it is him)
After being notified of the scam report, he stopped responding and still hasn't replied.
I think it's obvious that he knew to scam.
Edit: User banned me from his discord. No reason for it despite me telling him to get online.
