How did you get scammed: I never changed any of the information so he took the account back.

Time of scam: 24th, June.

My last resort was to make a new account to post this, I have messaged Baphomet and Weep over 70 times combined and I have gotten no response.

Why was he unbanned?

I made a suggestion (which was accepted) to prevent scams like this happening
There was a scam report between @BoredApe and one of his customers. BoredApe scammed, was banned and only gave the money back to be unbanned, this eventually lead to numerous scam reports on him and a rule being put in place to prevent this. I made a suggestion saying that it wasn't a good idea because then people will scam and only if they are caught they will pay them back so they stay unbanned and can continue to scam. This is a clear loophole to get away with scamming and face no consequence.

His intent is there, he was clearly trying to scam me. He thought I wouldn't find out and I did!

He also admitted in a Telegram channel (more than 50 people viewed it) that he scammed $150 on BreachForums because the person went first. I am absolutely certain on this and I will die on that hill. If I am found to be wrong on this I can be permanently punished. @igna literally admitted to scamming because somebody went first.

I provided more than a reasonable amount of evidence to prove that I was scammed, yet days later he isn't banned. It took you only an hour to ban me after making something as little as a thread, yet it takes you days to ban a literal scammer.

You ban me only an hour after I post my thread, you say that you will "keep it up for transparency" well, it's taken down. Are you ever going to actually keep your word?
