Date of scam: May 30 2024
@dwShark contacted me on Telegram and offered to sell a UK personal documents database. The price was 7500$. After I transferred the money, he kept stating that he had not received it. I sent the TXID and checked his transaction records. It showed that the account had been received. After I explained the problem, he deleted all records and blocked my Telegram account. Below are some of the chat records intercepted at that time.

I also informed the administrator of the reason why I never submitted a fraud report. Since English is not my native language, I have no hope of recovering the money. But I was cheated again today and I am very angry.
