How did you get scammed: 
he selling paypal + document but after account get suspend and I ask him to make new paypal account he tell me use google voice if i don have phone number for it. after I pay for google voice account he asking for fund after I send him the fund. he get failed to make the account and asking for new google voice and new vcc for fund money.















asking him create new paypal account since account get suspend.

They messaged me back some messages from the conversation they had with the OP, but it doesn't really clarify the situation. In any case it seems clear @juan is not able to provide their service so they'll either need to refund or resolve the situation immediately. Failure to respond within 24 hours will just result in a ban.

All accounts were sent to buyer. It was banned because he tried to change ua number many times to kambodja. I sent all proofs in tg to admins.
