this was part of the DataViper collection that chad vinnie troia ran which was breached in 2020 (https://krebsonsecurity.com/2020/07/brea...er-hacked/) 

i see it in this list of dbs that were allegedly on the platform (https://gist.github.com/campuscodi/226b0...8979d1da17) and i see on telegram that it was posted to RF in november of 2021 (https://t.me/breachdetector/10490)
