Try Notepad++, should be able to read and manipulate the data, filter it out to meet your requirements, etc

I downloaded a big csv file and it's too huge for importation in LibreOffice.

Is there an easier way than LibreOffice to view and manipulate a very huge csv file ?

I'm looking for a GUI tool to do this.

the best way to do is to use python and write small util function (you can easily find this on net or use chatgpt) it can read file line by line without loading entire content in the memory so even if you have the small size ram then you load the file and even search filter.
