I looked at his sample that he is selling, and it checks out as something not in the wild.

I cannot say for certain how many records he has, but the ones in his sample show that this is a different scrape than what has been seen before. I have more than 1.7B records (many, many dupes!) from over 10 different Facebook scrapes that I compared against.
