unless your db is full of high executives or famous people,
tier 1 country or global, very very recent data, never leaked before
i doubt someone would pay much for it

getting leads is almost inexpensive with scrapping
and very little osint skills

you can post details about it including a sample
and let people make an offer for it
but do not expect much. by your description, there is no
data that is real sensitive on it

It's from the 1rst World, and the average person is medium to high class I would say.
It has never been leaked before.

If the IBAN number were included, the price would rise or is it insignificant?

probably would rise, but not much
as it is still leads, but it still depends on the source

leaked from a bank or any financial org? the value rises
it is from a big bank? kudos on you, more value
but it is still leads, do not expect much

also, as long the data is legit, there is no correct way
you can charge per line and sell them by request
but is always easier to sell the entire stuff

i suggest you post your thread with details, explain
the source and at least the month and year of the leak
put some lines as sample. do not need much, something like
20 to 30 lines if the base follows only one pattern

based on what you said and assuming the source
is a tier 1 bank (this means based on US, EU or JP),
and the leak date was jan/25, i would ask something
between $300 and $500 at start

maybe you have valuable individuals on the leak
wich would make the price rise a bit more
in the end the price is up to you and your buyers
