Mike Bazzell has a website dedicated to OSINT and some books. He just released his latest OSINT Techniques book, I believe last month, the 10th Edition. Anyways, a lot of good info there.
Also LinkedIn has a lot of people who post TTP's.

I would recommend "Deep Dive: Exploring the Real-world Value of Open Source Intelligence" by Rae Baker.

If you come across any phone numbers or emails, or usernames now, use osint industries. It will pull all accounts associated with those pieces of intelligence. Hunter.io is good for getting a list of emails associated with a domain, they have some other features which I have not used before. Shodan is fine but Censys can be much more useful in my experience.
Web-check[.]xyz provides an overview of a domain and osint.sh can help identify other domains through a few techniques like adsense or other shit. Whoxy provides domain ownership history which can be useful sometimes.

IntelTechniques has a good book on OSINT.
It's $40 from them, but maybe you can find it free somewhere? https://inteltechniques.com/book1.html |
