Hello BreachForums Community,
We are going to make you part of a database from Orange, from the country Rwanda hacked by HawkSec and more precisely SyxA, AK12, Adwares.
Just before we reveal this very sensible database to you, we would like to point out that there is a cause behind it.
HawkSec supports Palestine as well as Congo. However, the DRC as well as Rwanda are indirectly in affront.
In short, we support the DRC and share this database.
Size : 207 MB
Lines: 1M+
Compromised data: Customer_ID, Full_Name, National_ID, Gender, Province, District, Sector, Cell, Village, Phone_Number, Identity_Card_Photos, Identity_Card_Number, Identity_Card_Issue_Date, Total_Price, Subsidy, End_Price, Paid_Amount, Remaining_Debt, Ubudehe_Category, Agent, Created_Date

Thanks a lot! I'll have a look into this.
The data looks weird to me. I can't find any link to Orange, only to a small Energy company in Rwanda.
Also I can see the 1M+ entry, there are only 80 unique e-mails, all gmail.com and weird. Some are replicated more than 20k times.

A quick research shows that Orange Rwanda was a thing, until it was sold to Airtel in 2019-2020, with Airtel taking over Orange infrastructure and rebranding everything under Airtel's name.
However, there is nothing that shows it comes from either Orange Rwanda or Airtel.

Could be, but the only company mentions are from a solar panel provider, which appears quite a few times. Also lot of mentions of panels installations.
Either this was wrongly attributed, or it is somehow a crossover of Orange Money and the solar panel company, and then, meh.
Curious what OP has to say about this.
