Is there a tool to determine if a user or someone has beef/issue with someone else?
As a business owner, I don't want to do business with people who have a ton of enemies online.

Are you looking for something that just digs up negative posts/reviews etc of a person or company? Short of a full on investigation, I dont know of any tools that specifically do what your asking for. That doesnt mean one doesnt exist though. Fully understanding where you are coming from, I think its important to take the good with the bad. There are always going to be those that dont like a person or company and are vocal about it. But for all the bad its possible there is just as much good. Just something to consider.

Yes, Exactly. A tool that will show me negative comments about a user/person. I'm wondering how investigators do it.
And of course, take the good with the bad. But there are some bad things that my business can't be associated with due to the nature of my business.
I appreciate your reply and agree with your view.

Do you have any employees with basic OSINT skills?

Yup. Now how does one find twitter beef with basic OSINT, given a username? We search the username on twitter, but besides going through every reply, what's the fastest way to find if there was an argument? And how to complete the task in 15-30min?

mm I don't think there is currently one that does exactly that, as far as I know, but if not you could use google hacking, search for keywords like “company name”, “opinion”, “trusted” and things like that

I'm replying to remind myself to get back to you on this later. Ping me in a week if I don't respond.
I believe there are several programs available that do what you're talking about: it's called sentiment analysis. It's been awhile since I have used any and they were all enterprise-level programs (ie expensive af) but I will try to find the names of some and get back to you.
But if you do a basic search for "sentiment analysis" you will probably get on the right track to what you are looking for.
