I'd like to learn and take the exam OSCP? 
Could you advise for any machines, challenges on HTB/THM that I should practice? 
I am a newbie and hope for your advice.

You have to "Try harder" - but to be serious - You should rather start with HTB Boxes which cover Active Directory asessement - including but not limited to Setup and use BloodHound and SharpHound.
HTB which cover difficulty of OSCP (it is subjective) is Forest/Bastion/Buff/bounty/chatterbox/Servmon. More chalenging but good practise is Bart/Tally as well. In unix boxes you should try lame/brainfuck/nibbles/beep/cronos.

I am also OSCP aspirant (this is my half year goal to achive) - but to be frank - I am working as ant for 2 months (almost evryday) and I have cover 37% of their course. OSCP is quite competentive and needs some kind of OPSEC expirience.
