This csv is badly generated: the column separator is “:” and spaces have been replaced in all fields by ... “:” (in addresses for example, but not only), which makes the file non-parsable. This is so stupid...
I found a “Neteller 7.xlsx” file that contains the original data, but this file only contains 250000 records. I deduce that there are several xlsx files. Does anyone have them?
