Great! It’s settled then. And speaking of plans, let’s make sure we do these coffee catch-ups more often. It’s been really helpful chatting like this.
Pretty much the same. Work’s been hectic, but I can’t complain. Are you still with the tech firm downtown?
I
That sounds wonderful. Weddings can be so heartwarming. And a podcast, huh? Your sister must be quite the go-getter!

For sure. Maybe we could go for a run together sometime? There’s a nice trail not too far from here.

It definitely can be. I find that setting clear boundaries between work and personal time helps a lot. Plus, I’ve been trying to meditate daily. It really helps to center my mind. What about you? Any tips on keeping the stress at bay?
I should probably incorporate more physical activity into my routine. I’ve heard it does wonders for your mental health as well.

That sounds like a smart move. I started gardening a little while back, and it’s been surprisingly therapeutic. There's something about physical activity that just helps you reset. Have you thought about what kind of hobby you'd pick up?
Mostly vegetables right now—tomatoes, peppers, a few herbs. It’s great to see tangible results from your efforts, unlike the often intangible outcomes of our tech projects.
Absolutely, it’s a personal journey. By the way, if you’re ever interested, there’s a great beginner yoga class at the community center. We could go together if you like.

You know, one thing I’ve found really critical is taking full advantage of vacation time. A lot of people in tech feel like they can’t take a break, but it makes such a difference. Have you planned any vacations this year?

Same here, needed a change of scenery from my usual work from home spot. Plus, their blueberry muffins are too good to pass up.

Costa Rica sounds dreamy! I've been thinking about a hiking trip in Europe—maybe the Dolomites or the Scottish Highlands. It’s all about finding the right time to step away from the desk. You mentioned digital detox—how hard was it to disconnect fully?
That’s a powerful realization. I’ve tried mini-detoxes over weekends, but a full week sounds like a true reset button. Switching topics a bit, how do you see your career evolving? Any thoughts on where you want to be in the next few years?

They're doing well, thanks for asking. My brother just got married last month, so it’s been a festive time for us. The wedding was a small affair but really beautiful.

I've been toying with the idea of starting my own tech consultancy. There's so much potential to help smaller companies with tech integration. It’s daunting but exciting to think about being my own boss.

Absolutely, she's always been full of energy. Speaking of energy, how do you manage your workload and stay motivated? With the kind of projects you’re handling, it must be quite demanding.
It’s a plan then! It’ll be good to spend time outdoors, especially before the weather turns.
