Does anyone know what program will open a TXT file this large on windows ?

I use HXD Text Editor. However, you may want to preprocess the data into hashtables via some kind of pandas/numpy combo (e.g., hash of SSN or address -> DB entry #). If anyone wants the preprocessed data I'll make a torrent but I wouldn't blame you for not trusting some random dude that registered 4 days ago.

I can also post the source code I plan on using, just LMK and feel free to make suggestions.

Definately could use something like this  Id appreciate it, Notepad++ wouldnt work (not enough memory) Ive got 32Gb ram ;(

try using vim with wsl, very lightweight and will work

I think the files are corrupted. Members are talking about torrent files to download the databases but i never found either.

It says both downloads were 50GB instead of 277GB total. First was like 31 and second was like 19. Why?

those are the size UNEXTRACTED.
Extracted it is 277GB

For all who have a problem extracting I used WINRAR on each file, took almost a hour (both extracting@ the same time)

Im still trying to find something simple that will open a TXT File that size in windows.... Anyone ?
