The original password "https://usdod.io/" (without the quotation marks) worked for me for the torrent download. I was able to unzip and access the files inside. make sure to add the forward slash at the end.

I use HXD Text Editor. However, you may want to preprocess the data into hashtables via some kind of pandas/numpy combo (e.g., hash of SSN or address -> DB entry #). If anyone wants the preprocessed data I'll make a torrent but I wouldn't blame you for not trusting some random dude that registered 4 days ago.

I can also post the source code I plan on using, just LMK and feel free to make suggestions.

Definately could use something like this  Id appreciate it, Notepad++ wouldnt work (not enough memory) Ive got 32Gb ram ;(
