RESOLVED: Using the command line (thanks to hint on other page) it worked flawlessly.

it is insane, the partial one does have email/phone, so need to merge the two

FYI... the 202402 (2nd file) the header shows 20 fields, but in the data there is some that has 21.

no problems with the 202401 (first file) --edit--- there is some records with 21,22,23 fields.. ugg.. doing awk cleanup now to start all over

I've just started looking at this, but at first glance it looks like some aliases may have had commas in them ("Last, First") that messed up the csv format.

for 202401, there are records that have 20,21,22,23 fields... in looking at the data, it looks like you are correct, so am handling each case differently after separating.

for the 202401, there are records that have 20-30 fields.... i haven't looked into this, but i am hoping these are the emails/phone that are in the PARTIAL leak
