If you're talking about Naruto and not Naruto Shippuden, then Naruto. If you're talking about Shippuden, then One Piece. The story is much better told, it's thought out in advance, unlike Shippuden. As a negative point I would say that it is very long, but there are pages like One Pace, which makes the experience much more enjoyable, removing all the filler and repeated scenes. Amazing work

One Piece for the win, dude. I really enjoy the plot, the story, and of course the world building. It's so complex and sometimes difficult to figure out where is which.

I love the Haki and Devil Fruit power system. It's so unique that sometimes a very strong character can't win against a weaker character if she's a bad matchup. Like, I think, Kaido and Big Mom are no match for Sugar if they let her touch them
