https://breachforums.rs/Thread-Doxbin-Da...d-Download - this is just a slightly cleaned up version of the file from the official section, just download it and delete a couple of fields, or use sqlrip to open the file and upload the necessary tables/fields.

This doesn't include doxes, they were just explaining what doxbin is.
