On November 20, 2025, the Clop ransomware group claimed responsibility for a cyberattack against Michelin (michelin.com), a leading French tyre manufacturer. The group issued an extortion notice, threatening to leak sensitive company data unless negotiations with Michelin representatives are initiated.
