Low performance in VBox

I asked the same thing just before the forum crashed a few days ago, but I couldn't see the answers...

I have a notebook with 16GB Ram DDR4, i5 10th (integrated gpu) and SSD. My arch on VBox doesn't perform very well, I don't think it's because of the hardware. When giving the neofetch command I noticed that instead of my GPU appearing, a VBox Adapter appears.

I don't know if this could be a problem, but if anyone knows, can you tell me how to solve it?
Maybe it would be a good option for me to use another software instead of Vbox?

Use VMWare (link below), personally used both VBox, Oracle VM Box and Microsoft Hyper V Manager, out of all these.

I found VMWare to be reliable and tangible.

Check BIOS to see if all virtualization options are enabled. Is so and still slow use VMWare.
