Yeah, this looks like a terrible playlist for someone who wants to learn about Linux. Who the hell makes a playlist for "commands"? One should learn the filesystem, how Linux works and so on... There are far better resources for this (for example the Linux Foundation)

imo, best way to learn linux is just tinkering around with it, best way to learn it is to use distros like arch, gentoo or LFS
