I'm looking to buy a ss7 network access for location tracking, intercepting and more. There are couple of sellers on various platforms which are Dark Fox Market and Dark Empire Market. But as far as you guys know too prices are not that cheap and I don't really want to send $3000-5000 to trash. So maybe some of you guys have recommendations about that? Thanks.

Let just assume for a second, you got access to some panels. What would you do next? You probably have no idea whats the difference between the SCTP and SCCP. And you do you know your and targets SP, DP?  What about the targets MSCs GT?
So even if you coud buy access, you would not be able to use it - unless you are working at a TelCo in a certain position already (and then, why would you have to buy anything?)
