With the exception of Brazil, I really think that LATAM isn't a really profitable objective, specially if you want to make a really big game.
As I know from some friends, carding and maybe banking malware are the only way to make something with those countries.

I honestly think that the only valuable think you can get from them is data, specially from the big ones, because a lot of times they have partnerships with international corps.

I think it depends on the target, there are companies that are related to others in other countries in europe and asia, you could use latam as a first point to reach the others
