i dont think thats true.

Just sleep 8 or more hours a day to be healthy.
I dont think a normal person could even sleep 24 hours straight. (normal meaning they sleep 8 or more hours a day)
And taking supplements or just not sleeping the days prior so that your able to sleep 24 hours straight doesn't seem smart if your goal is to stay healthy.

I feel tired, it has been a stressful week, at most I will last 12 hours asleep, 24 is already exaggerated.

24 hours is a longggg time, I don't even think the body is capable of sleeping for that long without some sort of drug to induce that type of behavior.
Give me a blunt & a big meal beforehand I'll happily achieve this though Cool Infact that's exactly what I'm craving rn

You will wake up soo tired. Its impossible to sleep continuously for 24 hrs.
8 hrs is just fine.
