There isn't any because a username list is basically useless. A good password list allows you to bruteforce stuff like RDPS etc, and email lists can be used for spam, but a username list wouldn't have an actual purpose.

LinkedinScraped is good to tie emails to professions, and other emails

But usernames are tough because I can be Blackboar here, Cunts4Evah on youporn, and BoarWhore on Pornhub, and the only tie in really, is the email addresses used.

Usually usernames are specific to the place youre going for. Especially the kind of usernames for companies that uses the @Domain.xyz as a part of the username. So you cant really make a good username list. I assume youre thinking of it for spraying  ? Youd be way better off with a simple harvester for the domain youre going to test.
