Looking at it real quickly (You can get it here), it seems full of hexes, unbroken hashes and weird stuff.
It is even better than the SecLists'?

This file is 48GB. I cannot download this file to my phone. How can I access this data system online?

It depends on your use case:

If you're focusing on password cracking or hash-based attacks, RockYou2024 might be better because it has newer, more current data.
If you're performing a broader range of security tests, especially involving fuzzing, SQL injection, or directory brute-forcing, SecLists might offer more versatility.

Use weakpass if you want some many wordlist for that

It's crap. Use the result file of well known cracking services as a dict, works better.

the dataset's size is more of a novelty than a practical resource, it's simply too much low-quality data to successfully use in attacks.
