this is a bold statement which I can't say it's 100 % true. The Russians are not like the North Koreans Big Grin

Agreed. Russia does have alot of unhappy citizens, and they, to a man, hate the fucking cops too.

Had a friend who lived in Moscow for 6 months a few years back, actually rated the place highly, for an interloper.

Moscow and Saint Petersburg look amazing on photos at least Big Grin but I know some wild stories for the outside smaller cities, especially on their Asian border, a several years back I think it was Vice who did a documentary on a very popular drug that they appear to be using in those regions, I believe it was called crocodile or something like that , if you haven't watch it I recommend even though I haven't seen it in years so it might not affect me the same way it did when I first watched it Big Grin

*facepalm* There's a small village in Serbia/Russia (not sure) where every year, they meet with the neighboring village for a fight. Can't find a video of it now, since googling anything about Fighting and Russia only gets the OBVIOUS results...

+ agree. Most likely you're friend was, is or will be a spy.
No amount of observations of white swans can allow the inference that all swans are white, but the observation of a single black swan is sufficient to refute that conclusion.
