File is a tar compressed with gz. Under linux, use "tar -xf FILENAME". Under Windows, 7Zip or Winrar willl help you. INside, it has folders with lots of files each. Individual files are not that big, from hundreds of KB to a few MB. An editor like Notepad++ or gedit might be useful

This is just a merge of several tens of thousands of tiny initial json files into one big 75GB one, 
also you can always download the first version of this data from the first message of this thread
one way or another you must understand that this is not new data, but simply a pasting together of old ones

The Interbank info published here is not the full info, just a sample, so you might not find complete info. With RENIEC, you have at least full address.

This was a great leak, and I suggest to whoever is going to analyze the data looking for credentials and other nice stuff:
The files are in .json format, I spent five hours to create a parser to this files. They seems to be the result of SOAP requests (maybe the way m0riarty found to exfiltrate it), also, they aren't standardized and you need to bundle all the thousand of json files taking care of pattern erros in the fields.

Didn't analyze the last upload yet, but Blastoise warned that there isn't nothing new.

wrong. its not copy pasted its fresh one but for sure there could be same lines from first files.
