I have the email of a victim and want to see if they have been in past Data Breaches 
so i can break into their site a little easier

I'm not willing to download a 120 GB file to come up empty handed 

So I'm wondering is there a data breach search engine of sorts to lookup and find a password used by a user that was in a data breach

ex: I can enter an email and it will show me the password of that person if one exists under that email and the breach they were in

could be retarded since hashing exists

well i only knew 1 but it went offline, i searched and i think i found some web tools but all of them are paid services.
