Even an 8 hour nights sleep, still feel as croaky as a 3 hour sleep. Maybe I have  sleep apnea

Sorry about that bro Sad i recommend check this with a sleep or respiration specialist.

I sleep all days around 6 hours, its very little, but Im habituate yet (sometimes I think that the day have a little hours lol)

I've been reading about people getting this breathing apparatus for sleep apnea and it working wonders, might look into it!

I read about it very good too, I dont remember it! You dont have nothing to lose, so you should to try Smile
Maybe can to be a little uncomfortable if you sleep with the face upside down, but for sure that yo can get used to it.

Looking more into people who deal with Sleep Apnea, I may have to give this mask wearing a go one day...
