How do you enable persistance after os reinstall?

I've found:
https://github.com/ldpreload/BlackLotus
But it's incomplete, edk supposedly has a python wrapper
https://github.com/tianocore/edk2
But then, there's no freaking docs about it

Some vendor like lenovo, dell and whatever, have a subcription plan called absolute home and office
which lives within the bios, and reinstall an agent whenever the os is reflashed.
But the agent is pretty limited, physical access is required, works only on prebuilds, and it's a subscription plan
