Basic knowledge can be easily learned in tutorials and courses available in open source. If you want to dive deeper i think you should hire a tutor

there are some good affordable books you can buy or "get" its such a broad statement though, worth narrowing down what exactly you are interested in. networks? web attacks? malware? SE?
