Hello everybody, this may be a stupid question but how do I make a data breach lookup site similar to breach.vip? I was thinking of making a data breach lookup site for my own personal use but idk where to start, any help would be appreciated.

Use Elstic search of Lucene.

Have a look at 0t.rock . The source code is available on Github and it was the best. Pretty sure it's used by the feds now.
