so I want to know smth 
Now If I create a payload using MSF and append it to an Android app or a Windows or a Linux pkg and I want to deliver it to over-WAN device(like that device is not on my network)
how would I do that?
I searched and got that it can be done using hosting on a server or smth like ngrok stuff but the thing is I want it to be permanent not just for a period of ngrok opening session or like that?
NOTE: I Know how to listen to that payload over my network and I know that I have to know the IP of ngrok of smth to make it work outside the network now what I need to know is whether I have to upload it to the website and also have that IP of that website to listen to it or just delivering it normally using Phishing or smth and just having an IP would work?

so U mean that the Listening host in the payload would be the IP of that domain right?
and also do I have to upload it to a server to make it work or just having that listening thing would work?
