You must use a TOR (onion service) enabled browser, or run TOR client software and point your browser to the right proxy interface.  If you don't use a TOR enabled brower/proxy then you can't access .onion domains, unless you want to use TOR2Web, but NOT recommended to access a site that requires logon.

If you have never done this, there are plenty of how-to docs on the web.  You could also use Brave and run a private TOR enabled window and copy and paste the link in that tab's URL space.  You will be accessing this site, but using the TOR enabled comms to the site.
