*Pom, as in Pompompurin (The old forum's owner), and Omnipotent, the Raidforum founder. Both of the guys are currently in jail after the gooberment caught them.

I'm a bit foggy on the details, but the old Breachforum was kill because Pom got arrested last year. The original hope was lock Pom's credentials, wait things out for a bit until the admins learn the extent of what was happening with him, and return to normal operations. However, one of Baphomet's last messages to the OG community explained that someone used Pom's credentials to access the server. We didn't and still don't know what was accessed during that period, so the safest route was to scorched earth everything and restart the forum from scratch.
