No, but I believe people who watch loli are pedophiles since it's explicitly child characters. Hentai, in my opinion, is degenerate, but not inherently pedophilic on its own.

I think there are absolutely problematic links between anime content and pedophilic attitudes. The sexualization of minors in some anime fosters unhealthy desires.

I disagree. Just because some anime contains suggestive material does not mean it promotes pedophilia. Animation does not equal reality.
