I like the suggestion.

1) Dont drink
2) If you do it anyways, try to have a good layer of food (Pref. Fat) in your stomach before you drink.
3) Dont Mix, stay with one kind of Alk
4) Drink enough Water in between
5) Get electrolytes in, Alcohol robs them straight outta you.
6) Sleep and also Oxygen, open the window for fresh air
7) Never use Painkillers for your hangover, Alk and Painkillers both get broken down in the liver. It will take away resources from the alcohol break down if you take PK. (It can also cause your stomach to bleed, so dont do that anyways)

Gatorade before sleep and ginger-lemon tea after I wake up, if doesn't help, then just take a painkiller and eat some junkfood

I actually do drink a lot of water and it helps but I have never tried adding salt &magnesium , gonna try it out, thanks man

My cure is having a huge glass o' water before bed, not a perfect solution but it does take the fucking edge off.
