umm, I guess apparmor profiles on ubuntu aren't comparable to selinux policies on Android. If you install a malware on android but do not grant it any permission, you and your datas are still safe, if the malware doesn't exploit linux kernel vulns
Ubuntu maintain many apparmor profiles, but perhaps everything else is still unrestricted. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Pixel 4a is end-of-life, no longer receive firmware or security updates and will be dropped by GrapheneOS soon, if you really care about security you should upgrade your smartphone to one of the recommended devices on Graphene website

Go for grapheneos. It has a lot of security mitigations. Ubuntu touch is as easy to hack as any other unhardened linux.
