I don't really like multiplayer games, so I prefer to stick to single player games mostly, when I do play games.

My favorite games are The Witcher 3, and the Elder Scrolls Series, I really like the open world action rpg genre

I was going to recommend Supercell games, but maybe Cyberpunk or Elder Ring if you really want singleplayer games

I understand that this is not really your type of game, but I have a few friends that play this, but also really like open world games. I recommend Teardown. It has a campaign, but also a sandbox. Huge modding community. Pretty great. Please understand that this is a different genre of game, but it is still a really great game that I think you would enjoy.
