I tend to go for tap-water. Sometimes, to liven things up, I have flavored water. You have to be careful with that stuff though. Some of it has a lot of sugar and is not really, 'water' at all but flat soda. I like the water which has chemical flavoring and near-zero calories. Helps with the dieting.
