I like Qt-based desktop environments so i would say LXQt and KDE.

i3wm but I think to change it someday
As far as tiling WMs go (I only use them when in a certain mood, got both installed) I use i3-gaps with picom to get rounded corners, and as far as DEs go I mainline Cinnamon and GNOME. Tried KDE, xfce, LXQt, and quite a bit of other DEs and didn't really like them as much.
