ask questions into chatgpt... run the code, hack the code, etc...

I would suggest starting with a language you think you'd do projects for the most for practice. But a good all around one is Python. Honestly just following tutorials on youtube, having ai walk you through, or just copy and pasting some of your way through projects is kinda the only way to learn. Just keep at it and you'll learn it in no time.
