Stay safe. Use opsec before accessing any of these mail services. Consider them honey pots.
I read Mitnick's book on staying anonymous and it's next to impossible. It boils down to
1) getting someone to buy burner phones for you (for $50 for their service)
2) using that for internet but only when you're not home. Never turning it on when you're home.
3) paying for VPN's using cash cards (that others have bought for you)
4) using tor all the time so it's not just when you download the email
5) ...
It's too much work TBH.
