I forgot the Proton Mail password and I entered the wrong recovery email and it was wrong and I lost all my data
My advice, if you are forgetful, don't use Proton Mail

lol I am fuckin angry about proton same thing happened to me like 2 months ago hate google but looks like only way possible is gmail

I love proton mail but that much security is too much for me I dont want to acces my mails after like 5 minutes on a new device but I think proton is still the best way to go maybe u can use self hosted or remote machine mail service like nextcloud or something

I mean, isn't security and encryption their whole schtick?  Seems like it did its job.  Next time use a password manager, :-p

Actually it's kinda nice that you can't recover your password? That means they hopefully can't decrypt your emails?
