Why do you think It's based on "parrot, kali etc"? It's doesn't even have apt. this distro have dnf so it's redhat based

fbi, cia, nsa and other glowie organizations are more willing to use redhat because they contributed to it by making Selinux and it's good for the things they need.

yeah seems good, 32-bit custom os, definitely not related to federal activities, will download!
