in fact after remove de dupes is rest 85kkk, and I have serious doubts about the veracity of this data, there are a lot of questions about it, it is either very old or fake, there really is such a database in privates, but it is not this 100%.

The database is fake. I checked many of the values in the middle, and they don't correspond to reality. It's simply random generation.

On the Russian social network VK, user IDs are assigned strictly in order. Currently, there are approximately 900 million of them. The sheer number of IDs in the database exceeds several billion, which is impossible.
Also, in Russian phone numbers like 79..., the third digit is distributed absolutely evenly. That is, 790, 791, 792... 799 are distributed evenly (approximately 7.3 million each). This means the phone numbers are generated, since in reality, in Russia, digits 2-4 encode the operator code and are distributed unevenly.
I should also note that the described database does exist and has been uploaded to some Telegram bots. However, when trying to search it for the phone numbers listed in the published database, there are no matches. This further proves the leak is fake.
